11/06/25 Painting Landscapes, Color Fields with the Tree of Art (Fafa Aguilera)

This art class is a form of meditation...quieting our minds and letting colors guide us, creating a peaceful and contemplative series of landscapes.

Color can be learned without complicated rules and theories.  Find in these painting exercises the unexpected and beautiful color combinations that you wouldn't have found through conscious, deliberate planning. Open the door to happy unique palettes that are distinctly your own.  Creating with color is a blessing that allows for an immediate and powerful connection between emotion and art.

You’ll leave the class with 3 paintings (5"x 5" with mats 8" x 8").

All materials included, just bring your hands and soul ready to play with colors!

Event is Thursday, November 6th, 6 - 8 pm at the store. Class will be hosted in our adorable and cozy event or gathering space in the back.

This is an instructor-led class, taught by local artist and owner of Tree of Art, Fafa Aguilera.

$49 Registration Fee:  Registration fee helps cover all materials/supplies along with instructor’s time.

Minimum Age to Participate: Ages 12 and up welcome. We kindly ask that younger participants are accompanied by an adult.

Handcrafted desserts by Morsels (local pastry chef) and beverages provided by So What Wine.

Minimum Registrations: To hold a class, we require a minimum of 6 registrations. If we cancel a class due to minimal registrations, we will contact you within 48 hours of the class and work to either reschedule or offer you a 100% refund.

Maximum Registrations: 10 is a full class. If the class is full, please email us at hello@shoplavie.co to be added to a wait list. 

Cancellation/Rescheduling Details: Up to one week prior to event: 90% refund for cancellation (or) reschedule for no additional fee. Less than one week we are unable to provide a refund for cancellation due to the nature of the class and materials already purchased. If cancellation due to weather, we will reschedule.
