09/10/26 Modern Tapestry Weaving 101 with Harvested Hues (Alla Hale)

Our Modern Tapestry Weaving 101 workshop with Harvested Hues (Alla Hale) offers participants an opportunity to learn to weave while creating a bookmark or small coaster. Participants will begin by learning how to warp their loom, then learn basic weaving techniques. Treat yourself to a new creative skill!

This workshop is aimed at true beginners, though Alla will support students at whatever level of weaving they bring to class. All materials provided, but participants are welcome to bring any special yarn they might want to incorporate into their work. 

Included in class is a loom, yarn, and tapestry needle.

So, relax with friends, family and neighbors while weave, sip on a beverage and enjoy a sweet treat. :)

Event is Thursday, September 10th, 6 - 8 pm at our Lake Elmo store. Class may be hosted on our front deck if the weather allows or in our adorable cozy event or gathering space in the back.  Please dress accordingly.

This is an instructor-led class, taught by local artist and owner of Harvested Hues, Alla Hale. 

$55 Registration Fee:  Registration fee helps cover store costs and instructor’s materials and time/instruction.

Minimum Age to Participate: Ages 12 and up welcome. We kindly ask that younger participants are accompanied by an adult.

Minimum Registrations: To hold a class, we require a minimum of 6 registrations. If we cancel a class due to minimal registrations, we will contact you within 48 hours of the class and work to either reschedule or offer you a 100% refund.

Maximum Registrations: 10 is a full class. If the class is full, please email us at hello@shoplavie.co to be added to a wait list. 

Cancellation/Rescheduling Details: Up to one week prior to event: 90% refund for cancellation (or) reschedule for no additional fee. Less than one week we are unable to provide a refund for cancellation due to the nature of the class and materials already purchased. If cancellation due to weather, we will reschedule.
