A Little About Our Instructor and Forage to Fromage

Forage to Fromage is a cheese-focused business located in Elk River, MN, founded by Kerry Jerred, a Certified Cheese Professional. They offer services such as cheese selection, pairing, and education to help customers navigate the world of artisan cheese. The business aims to share the joy of cheese through various events and consulting services, making it a trusted resource for cheese enthusiasts.

In addition, Forage to Fromage passionately promotes and supports makers whose products and missions truly resonate with them. They love sharing this passion with you through their cheese tasting and pairing events. Their approach is grounded in their four core pillars: Promote, Educate, Pair, and Share.

Event is Thursday, February 12th, 6 - 8 pm at our Lake Elmo store. Class will be hosted in our adorable cozy event or gathering space in the back.  

This is an instructor-led class, taught by Certified Cheese Professional and owner of Forage to Fromage, Kerry Jerred.

$49 Registration Fee:  Registration fee helps cover store costs and instructor’s materials and time.

Minimum Age to Participate: 12 years and up (children accompanied by an adult).  Both child and adult require registration.

Drinks provided by So What Wine (owner and MN Master of Wine, Ashley Hausen Lohmer). Gluten-free options provided.

Minimum Registrations: To hold a class, we require a minimum of 6 registrations. If we cancel a class due to minimal registrations, we will contact you within 48 hours of the class and work to either reschedule or offer you a 100% refund.

Maximum Registrations: 10 is a full class. If the class is full, please email us at hello@shoplavie.co to be added to a wait list. 

Cancellation/Rescheduling Details: Up to one week prior to event: 90% refund for cancellation (or) reschedule for no additional fee. Less than one week we are unable to provide a refund for cancellation due to the nature of the class and materials already purchased. If cancellation due to weather, we will reschedule.
